Ultimate provided a very competitive quote on a full Carrier Infinity cold weather heat pump with gas furnace. Installation only took one day to remove old furnace and install the new system. Junior’s team was very polite and did an outstanding job installing. Once completed, Junior made sure everything was working as it should. My furnace went out and they were able to have someone come within a few hours. The tech Kelly was fabulous and he passed the dog test 🙂 my dogs loved him. I feel very confident having them come replace my furnace and I feel very comfortable with them in my house.

I’m very happy with the service and responsiveness this company offers. Our furnace died in January 2025 right before a blizzard. Ultimate heating offered a better price than another company which works with Carrier furnaces and installed everything within couple hours. We had 2 service calls since then and in both cases our issues were resolved within 24 hours. Technicians are very knowledgeable and will explain stuff if you’re interested in learning about your heating system. Great service so far, no complaints.
This company is amazing!! Our central ac stopped cooling…called last night after hours, they had a tech out here the very next day! Alex was professional,knowledgeable, and very friendly. He diagnosed that the capacitor went out on our unit and was able to repair it on the spot! On a 100 degree day, we are incredibly grateful to Ultimate and tech Alex for getting our house nice, cool and comfortable again, all under 24 hours from when we called. Thanks so much!!! ?
Ultimate is great. Installing a new furnace was efficient and easy for us. Junior and Ricardo did a wonderful job. Very helpful in explaining the process and information on operation of the system. They were careful to cover the floors and cleaned up everything when they were done. The electricians Mark and Dylan were great too. We would highly recommend this company. Wish we could give them more stars!
Our technician was Kelly Delatorre, he was awesome! He did an amazing job and made sure the new dryer vent duct looks nice and neat. He was very polite, friendly and patient. He made sure to wear booties inside and cleaned up everything after he was done, he did a great job.
We had an unreasonably long and winding dryer vent duct and just to clean it it would cost 400, rerouting the whole thing and making it go straight cost 700, so I consider it a good price and now we will be able to clean it ourselves since it is short and has no elbows anymore. ?
We had them out for a second opinion regarding a refrigerant leak in our system. Also wanted to discuss upgrading to a more efficient/electric system. The good news was contrary to previous company/tech we didn’t have a leak. Also very helpful in talking through all our options for upgrades and helping us plan for next year!
